The Fitness Center at the Community Center features top-of-the-line cardio equipment, resistance training and free weights for people 15 years of age and older.
Fitness Center Daily Use Fees:
All persons utilizing the fitness equipment are recommended to attend a fitness equipment orientation. Any person between the ages of 12-14 must successfully complete a Youth Fitness Orientation session prior to using any of the fitness equipment. Upon completion, persons ages 12-14 may use the equipment on the fitness floor when accompanied by an adult member (16 years of age or older). Age 15 and older may use the fitness floor equipment.
FITNESS CLASSES AND SCHEDULE

Group Fitness classes can be attended by ages 15 and older. Bootcamp requires an age of 16 years or older.
Youth Group Fitness Classes are available for ages 12-14. Adults may attend with their child if space is available.
PERSONAL TRAINING PROGRAM
The Personal Training program is a great way to customize a workout program in order to reach a higher level of fitness.
