The site is available year round; heated during the winter and is the only park building with air-conditioning.
The barn can accommodate 60 people in the upper level and additional 40 people in the lower level. The upper level is comfortably furnished with a versatile soft seating options, as well as banquet tables and chairs. Amenities include men's and women's restrooms on the lower level, a sink, microwave and refrigerator in the upper level. A half-day reservation is 8 a.m.-3:30 p.m. or 4-10 p.m.
A full-day reservation is 8 a.m.- 10 p.m.
